Managing changes in active contracts is often fragmented—teams either recreate agreements from scratch or struggle to track scattered updates across versions. This leads to inefficiencies, reduced visibility, and potential legal risks.

This project focuses on simplifying how amendments are created, managed, and integrated within an active contract lifecycle. Instead of recreating contracts from scratch, the experience enables users to make precise, structured modifications—such as updating clauses, pricing, or terms—directly on existing agreements. The design supports a clear, end-to-end flow from amendment initiation to drafting, approval, signing, and final consolidation, ensuring that every change is traceable and seamlessly merged into the signed contract. The goal was to reduce complexity, maintain legal clarity, and create an intuitive system for managing evolving contractual relationships.
