Project Overview
In the current setup of the Mobius Lens Tool, users face challenges in effectively managing their notification and e-mail preferences, leading to inefficiencies and frustrations. Specifically, two distinct user groups have identified critical pain points:
Users with Access (e.g., CEOs, General Managers): Despite having access to the tool, these higher authorities are overwhelmed by the volume of notifications and emails they receive. They require a solution that allows them to streamline their communication channels and focus on high-priority tasks without being inundated with irrelevant updates.
Users without Access (e.g., Product Managers): Product managers, especially, who do not have direct access to the tool, struggle to stay informed about changes and updates essential for their roles. They need a mechanism to receive timely notifications and updates to make informed decisions and align product strategies with internal developments effectively.
The lack of a subscription management feature leads to inefficiencies and frustrations for both groups, impacting their user experience and productivity.
