Developing Advanced Progress Tracking Features to Optimize Treatment and Engagement for Adults with Chronic Pain
Overview
Mediplus is a physiotherapy app for the people of age 35 years and above with chronic pain in their body. The app helps them to diagnose and curate exercise/ physiotherapy plans according to the condition.
During my internship, I worked on a client project for one of the largest pharmaceutical firms in India for three months in a team of two designers.

Understanding The Problem
Adults who have chronic pain in their bodies frequently struggle to lead normal lives. The product intends to offer therapeutic outcomes and patient-engagement solutions for persons seeking medical therapy for body pain from health professionals.
At present, there are limited solutions that demonstrate the patient’s recovery progress. As a result, treatment plans are not optimized.
The Opportunity
Given a clear understanding of the project scope, we acknowledged the challenges and problems that we would need to solve for. Some of the features for the MVP that we would be giving most attention to are:
Proactively tracking how users are doing with their emotion
Quick and easy solutions to body pains
Continuous feedbacks taken from users after exercises
