Introduction
The purpose of the Vendor Discovery tool is to collect and store important information on Third Parties being explored across Novartis. The tool facilitates sharing of key third party vendor information in a central space avoiding duplicated storing of information and repeat discussions with third parties. By enabling users to quickly identify internal and external stakeholders it facilitates enhanced collaboration and alignment across Novartis and with external third parties.
The tool is designed in a simple user-friendly manner to allow for efficient search and data entry, as required.
My Role and Responsibility
As UX designers, our role is to analyze user needs and business objectives, identify problems, and purpose effective design solutions. We collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of the solutions and create user-centered designs that are both functional and visually appealing, enhancing the overall user experience.
